Overview
SF6 gas vacuumizing purification and recovery vehicle is
a SF6 recovery and purification device with compact structure, low
power consumption and full functions designed and manufactured for China's
power industry and switch manufacturing enterprises.
When designing the same type of products, we refer to the products
of world-famous brands, and adopt the recovery device developed with the latest
national patent technology. The device consists of recovery system, gas filling
system, vacuumizing system, purification system and storage system, with the
following main functions:
1. Vacuuming and vacuum degree
Measurement of the device body and electrical equipment and storage tanks
2. Recovery of gas in the
electrical equipment
3. Electric heating, drying and
purification of recovered and back-filled SF6 gas
4. Gas filling of SF6electric appliance
5. Negative-pressure recovery and
compressed liquid storage of SF6 gas in the electric appliance
The gas
pipelines of SF6 gas-filling recovery vehicle are all connected with
copper pipes, and adopt tightening ring crimping and sealing technology to
ensure reliability and excellent sealing among pipeline connections. The liquid
storage tanks or gas cylinders approved by the National Boiler Pressure Vessel
Safety Monitoring Center can be used to store the liquefied SF6 gas.
