HNPMD-500 Fully-Automatic Density Relay Calibrator
Overview
The HNPMD-500 fully-automatic density relay calibrator is an improved version of the HNPMD-400. The precision of the sensor is further increased, and the integration of the mainboard A/D circuit is better, ensuring that the measurement precision can reach Grade 0.1 after calibration. Therefore, it can be used as a reference instrument.
The optimization of the measurement mode realizes “zero manual intervention” during the entire process, completely avoiding errors caused by manual observations in the previous calibration processes.
The 5.6-inch 800×480TFT industrial touch screen and the stainless steel panel complement each other. The instrument is highly operative and extremely easy to use. The calibration process is supervised by the single-chip microcomputer. The staff only needs to connect the pipeline, gas circuit and electric circuit correctly. The calibration results can be printed by its thermal printer in an easy-to-understand comparison format, so that the results are clear at a glance.
